Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. hangbag01 will take 2–5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 additional business days to post to your account.

Late or missing refunds
